It is important to follow the instructions for your next appointment with us at Centre Orthodontique de Laval Dr Pascal Carrière
If you have one or any of the following symptoms please advise us:
- Fever
- Cough
- Soar throat
- Runny nose-nasal congestion
- Loss of smell
- Headache
- Difficulty breathing
- Chest pain
- Intense fatigue
- Muscle aches
- Loss of appetite
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
When taking your appointment,
please ensure that we have a cellular number where you can be reached in the car (or parents cell phone number).
Do not come up right away
Wait in your car until you are called before coming up.
If you arrive in advance
do not hesitate to call us if the chair is ready, we will gladly see you before.
The patient must be alone
unless authorized differently by our office. If the patient is authorized to be accompanied only 1 person is permitted.
Wear a mask at all times
except when required to be removed.
Your hands must be disinfected
upon your arrival in our clinic.
Parents are called back
once the patient has finished his or her appointment so that we may give an update on the visit as well as taking the next appointment.
